Exciting-plus is a fork of the Elk - an all-electron full-potential linearised augmented-plane-wave code for determining the properties of crystalline solids. The code has been developed and maintained by our former group member Dr. Anton Kozhevnikov (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The main distinction between the Exciting-plus and the original Elk code is an ability to construct Wannier states for a given energy window. This allows one to calculate an effective low-energy Hamiltonians for material-specific extensions of dynamical mean-field theory.
